чек третьей стороны (на третью сторону): 1) чек в пользу получателя денег, который индоссирует чек перед его инкассацией (third party); первая сторона (primary party) - банк, на который выписан чек, вторая (secondary party) - плательщик, выставивший чек против денег в банке; 2) чек с одним и более индоссаментами: плательщик индоссирует чек и передает его другому держателю, который перед получением денег также индоссирует чек, т. е. получает деньги не лицо, указанное в чеке; 3) чек, который выписан на одно лицо, а обрабатывается и оплачивается другим (обычно коммерческим банком-агентом).* * * -
